How To Rough Concrete Surface Vertical Rotary
Mar 29, 2019· Brush across the surface with a concrete broom to add texture to the resurfacer. Smooth concrete can be slippery unless you add texture to it. After the resurfacer has been sitting for 5 minutes, drag a nylon-bristle concrete broom across the surface to create texture lines. Always brush in the same direction so the lines look neat and uniform.
